The service looks out onto extensive parklands and we conduct routine excursions and community walks to enable children to explore natural environments and feel connected to the local community. We are looking for a permanent, full time teacher to innovate, inspire and lead a room, becoming an integral part of our amazing team. You will provide high-quality education to young children, using evidence-based and contemporary pedagogy and practices that align with the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and National Education and Care Law and Regulations. They will take the lead in developing and implementing a high-quality educational program and will build positive, respectful, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for developing an inclusive environment alongside the director where each child’s learning and development needs are met, and the service’s philosophy, policies, and regulatory requirements are upheld.
